Diary App for IPad / IPhone

I would like a new diary app for my iphone that will also 'talk' to my iPad.

I would like it to remind me when there is a birthday coming up and I'd like to switch between month and week view.

My current one is D'iar'y and it's rubbish with no reminders and no talking to the iPad.

Does anyone please have any recommendations?

Thank you?

I use the inbuilt calendar and reminders on my iPhone and iPad it does all you are asking for and also can be linked to Microsoft exchange so my hubby who does have an iPhone c&a use the calendar too.

I also use the inbuilt calendar app. It synchs to my Macbook as well as phone and iPad.

Try cozi family calendar. It's great

Do you know I think you are right. I last used the calendar on an iPhone 3 when it first came out and thought it was pretty rubbish. It would appear functions have got a lot better.

Thank you.

The inbuilt calendar is fine, and if you have a Google account you can synchronise it with that so you can also see it on the web etc.

I like Cal from Any.do, which integrates with Google and with their excellent to do app, so you can see your list of appointments and tasks all in one place. Worth a try - it's free. You can pretty much take your pick of calendar apps if you use Google as the 'server'.
