iPad air- John Lewis or Apple shop?

Where would be better to purchase this from? JL customer service is fab but is apple?

In the absence of any price difference, I'd go with JL as I believe their warranty is 2 yrs compared to Apples 1 yr.

Avoid any experience of trying to buy anything from those awful 'Stores' get passed from pillar to post to genius to paying clerk and the dont have TILLS!

Haha Kato you're right it's a store not a shop! Hate that environment and not obsessed with the product just need a quick and easy transaction so Jobn Lewis click and collect seems better option then.

I'm the opposite. I only have good experiences with AS. they've always been really helpful and the two occasions I've had a problem with a product they've just swapped it for a brand new one rather than repairing.

When I had the 121 service with my pro they were all interested and knowledgeable.

Really can't fault them
