How do you listen to music at home?

I'm trying to figure out what is the best option for us in terms of listening to music and the radio at home. All of our music is on our phones and laptops, so we end up listening either through headphones or through the laptop speakers, which obviously isn't ideal.

I don't want to spend too much, and have narrowed it down to these choices:

  1. Wireless speakers with Bluetooth
  2. Portable digital radio with Bluetooth

Both will work with our Smartphones, and both are portable so easily moved from one room to another. It seems like the wireless speakers will have better sound quality, but the digital radio will be easier to flick on in the morning.

Or any ideas of other setups? I don't want to spend more than £100 really.

Sorry - can't help! We live in different worlds: my 'interconnect' cable from CD player to amp was £95.

Hey Jack, did you make any decisions? I have the same quandary. Will probably head to Richersounds and see if I can test the two, get a feel for them, but would love and knowledge or opinions ahead of then.
