I have WeatherPro app -it's initially free but you can subscribe to get more features - it's only about £3.50 a year and I use it a lot - the forecast radar is great as you can see if the rain is going to get you or pass by!
I have the kindle app! also Bluefire, which is for reading the ebook format that our public library uses.
My favourite games on the phone (I have different ones on the iPad) are solebon solitaire, moxie2, Marple and wurdle. I also have the scrabble free app on there - I play Scrabble with DH, who is currently in halifax all week, mostly on the iPad, but the free app syncs with the iPad one so. I can check if DH has made a move at lunchtime!
Around me is useful to find cash points banks petrol stations, car parks etc when you're in a strange place
I use Old Money a lot when reading or watching historical stuff - it shows the value today of eg £5 in 1925.
My favourite todo app I've found so far is Clear, very simple to use and update
I also use the train times app a lot, especially the Next Train home feature for when I'm out shopping
I use Keeper for keeping a record of all my passwords. It's good because it syncs automatically between phone & iPad and I can share passwords with DH but it's a bit expensive with a sub for each device, so I'm on the lookout for a good cheaper one!
