Windows 8 e-mail help, how do I create a folder?

Have my email set up now but despite watching the tutorial I can't find a way it add a folder. So I would normally put my emails away such as a Christmas folder.

Also the address bar when on the net is at the bottom, how do I get it to the top.
thanks

to create a folder, right click somewhere on the email screen, you should get a menu bar pop up at the bottom, the option on the left hand side is 'manage folders' - click that, and then one of the options displayed is 'create folder'

wrt browsing - what browser are you using?

Hello, I tried this and the blue pop up bar appeared and gave the options Sync, Pin to Start, Move, Mark as unread.

Not sure what you mean by browser? Sorry.

looks like you are clicking on an actual email, try doing this in some blank space on the screen, when you don't have an email displayed, but are within the email app.

The browser is whichever tile you click on to get on the internet - I am guessing this is Internet Explorer? If you use this from the metro screen - the main one with all the tiles where you click on what you want - then the address bar is supposed to be at the bottom, and there doesn't seem to be a way to change this. If you click on your 'desktop' tile, then clcik on the IE icon, it will open in the more traditional appearance, with the address bar at the top.

Thanks again, I created my folders after phoning the helpline, I had to create them in my virgin account then sink them.

Thanks for the Address bar advice, that's great.

Slowly getting used to windows 8 x
