Which beginners guide to Twitter please?

Need to get up to speed on Twitter and Facebook. Can anyone recommend a UK online guide to them please? TIA.

I've got a great one, Learn Twitter in Ten MInutes.

Very user friendly - a brilliant book.

I was just going to recommend the same as Chaos. Is v good and will get you tweeting in no time
