Hi, I'm using firefox on pc at the moment, but it seems a bit...crap recently. It won't show certain pages, eg. BBC weather and right move for some reason, and it won't let me read any other emails apart from the most recent one on outlook. I'm using a combination of FF and IE at the moment, but not really keen on IE. Just wondered what other people use that's good. TIA

Chrome.

Chrome chrome chrome chrome chrome.

Chrome.

Unbelievable fast, works on everything, tons of nifty features. I've been using it for three years and once a month I still find something new and cool it can do.

Chrome!

thestauntonlick · 21/10/2013 10:33

Sorry what was that? Grin
Think I got put off chrome at the beginning because of some news reports about storage of personal data, can't remember exactly what though. Maybe I should give it a go, thanks.

Are you sure its the browser causing the problem and not your pc,I,m using firefox and have no problems, maybe time for a virus and malware scan.

thestauntonlick · 21/10/2013 13:22

Yes I think so, everything works fine on IE. I've downloaded chrome now and it all works on there too. I used to use FF on mac and had no problems with it, but it's been rubbish since I've changed to windows. I will do a scan though, thanks.

FF for me all day long, it consistently delivers on every level.

I loved ff, have used it for years and never had any problems. I also liked its non-profit and developed by users thing, but for some reason I started having the problems stated in the op, so have now changed to chrome and that seems ok. It is still slow to start though. Have got Norton internet protection on it and run a full system scan and it says fine, so not sure what the problem is. Thanks for replying. I miss ff.

If you like firefox, then maybe give opera a try,its lightweight and uses less memory than ff,
