Delta force - Removal of unsolicited material

Sigh. Naively downloaded some stuff off the web, which was attached to some unsolicited programs. I think I have most of them removed now, but despite removing the program 'delta force' and restoring google as my preferred browser, there the little bastard is every time I click on chrome. How do I get rid of it???

Step by step instructions. After doing that it might be worth running MBAM or Spybot, followed by CCleaner to ensure all traces are removed. Good luck.
