What else should I do after scanning with Malware Bytes?

Posted a question about "removing conduit" yesterday which got no response.

It appears to be a toolbar which DS downloaded when trying to do some Minecraft skins.

Malware bytes picked up 21 threats, which I have removed and I am now giving it a second scan with it.

Should I be doing anything else - i'm a bit stuck as I need this computer for work.

Once the toolbar has been removed and anything else that Malwarebytes has found, then do a full reboot. Then do a scan again. It should now be clear.
Update antivirus and do a quick scan - that should result in nothing found. Then off you go.

Neither ecurity essentials or microsofts download malware tool picked it up, definitely feeling jumpy about this machine's security now.

I did a system restore for about 2 weeks ago.

I will now re-install Malware bytes, if it will let me and scan again.

Have been into files and searched "conduit" nothing showing.
