About iMessages?

Can anyone help please.

I have been able it iMessage always on my phone. It's suddenly stopped working but won't let me send as a text message either.

I've turned off the iMessage thing in settings but still have no joy. Any ideas what's wrong please?

Jut updated to ios7? Maybe that's the issue?

If turning off /on then i'd google it.

Happened with one of my friend's phone as well. Resolved itself.

Yeah, it's the iOS7 update.

Turn off iMessage.
Then go into settings - general - reset - reset network settings.

Then your phone will switch off and back on again.

Then turn iMessage back on.

I did what DSM said yesterday and it seems to have worked.

Now it's just sending as a text. iMessage is back on though.

I've had this issue but have been scared to reset the network settings - can it cause other issues?

It takes a few minutes, it'll send as texts for 5-10 minutes then go back to iMessage
