Calendar problem on iOS7

I wonder if anyone can help. Since I changed to iOS7, the calendar has been neither use nor ornament. I can enter appointments, but they only show up if I search for them using Spotlight. No dots indicating appointments, no appointments marked out on the day planner, nothing.

I've looked at settings, but I haven't seen anything helpful. I've googled too, and although plenty of people are struggling with the calendar, I can't see this problem anywhere.

Any ideas anyone?

Have you tried going to "Calendars", shown at the bottom of the screen between "Today" and "Inbox" and checking to see if all calendars are being displayed. You might also need to check which one is the default into which new appointments get made. Also worth looking in Settings to see what mail/diary/contacts set up is being used.

Thank you MuswellHillDad. I fiddled endlessly with the calendar settings and the appointments appeared. I'm not entirely sure why, but they did appear!

Sometimes all it takes is someone else standing nearby and suddenly the phone/computer works again Wink
