How do I record a radio broadcast via my computer?

Hopefully this is possible. A concert ds sung in is being broadcast and I'd love to be able to record it but no idea how. I have a PC if that makes any difference.

You need a piece of software like Audacity, which you can download free from cnet , which is a reputable source, although you might be asked if you want to install extra toolbars etc, which you can decline. There are also lots of other places you can download it from but I've never used them.

This can capture streaming audio (the sound file your computer is playing).

There are various other programs which will be able to do the same, many of which are also free, if you google 'record streaming audio' but I have always found Audacity to be very easy to use.

Thanks. I've downloaded Audacity but can't work out how to use it to record from the computer Blush

if you search 'use audacity to record streaming audio' there's quite a few articles and videos, which you may find work better for you.
