My Sandisc MP3 player refused to turn on last week and wasn't registering when I plugged it into PC. As I only bought it 3 months ago from Amazon I complained and they've sent another out - great customer service, can't moan about it.
However I just tried plugging in MP3 player and it's started working again - stupid thing! (Or me of course!) DH thinks I should still send it back as it may go again - I'm not convinced as when it is switched on they'll of course see that it is now working again.
Any views please as i'm feeling very undecided about this...?
