Trying to get online with an eMac G4

I've just bought an eMac G4 off eBay as I've gone back to uni and needed a computer. I currently just use my iPad and Sky wifi.

I can't get online with the eMac and when I've dug around, I think it's because Airport isn't installed. I know I can buy an Airport card, but have no idea which one or what to do with it.

Can anyone help me? I'm completely stuck.

Can you not use a cable?

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately not as my 'office' is actually the utility room, and it would mean having cables running diagonally across the sitting room floor from the phone point.

I guess if I can't find any other way round it, I could run a cable across each time I want to get online. It wld be pretty inconvenient though.
