upload and store photographs

I have never been organised with this. With my old PC they seemed to go into random files and I couldnt easily get them out to create a photo book or anything else
Now I have a net book with windows 8 but I have open office on it (this may not be relevant)
I wanted to put a photo from my phone onto a website but couldnt
I also need a good method of storing photographs that I can use easily and retrieve the photos when necessary
Other people share photos and have them organised neatly in files but I am struggling with this one

Do you want to upload them to your computer, or to the internet? And what sort of phone do you have - iphone or android?

Download google Picasso, free, easy to use, immediately trawls your computer for photo and organises them, plus loads if other stuff. Love it.
