my grandparents have a prestigious multipad, with kindle app it had been working fine no problems today when we chose a book cover from the library blank pages come up that say learning reading speed at the bottom.and nothing else happens just blank with no book..anyone got any ideas what's going on. tried deleting the books and uninstalling the app and reinstalling
