My Hotmail email suddenly stopped working and when I tried to log in again was informed somebody else probably using my account. each time I try to change the password though I immediately can't log in, and repeatedly get the same message - that somebody else is using my account.
Any ideas what is happening? And how can I contact Microsoft (Outlook I think is new Hotmail) to sort it out? I have Googled but not clear at all...
