sim card adapters for iphone 3 ?? cant find one??

i have a blackberry with a mini sim card. (length 25mm x 15mm)

can i get an adapter so my sim fits into an iphone 3 (the sim cards much are larger)

Cant seem to find one???

Can you not just phone your provider and get issued a sim in the right size. I've just done this with Virgin who charged me £2.99.
