outlook webmail

is there any way of telling how full my email account is, or will it tell me automatically if there is no space?
What is the best way of saving emails if I don't want them stored on my computer?

Is this Microsoft's outlook.com webmail service, or web access for your work emails? If the former, I would assume it will flash up a warning when you log on if you are close to the limit. If the latter, the Exchange server sends you an email warning you are close to the mailbox limit.

I can't find the info on outlook.com, but Gmail gives you about 10GB of space per account.

Are you concerned that you are going to run out of space?

Microsofts outlook.com (I don't work). I was expecting a mail and it hadn't arrived so I was wondering as I have a load of mails in there. I couldn't find anything that said and wondered if I was missing the obvious. Will wait and worry about it again when I get a warning then!

What is the best way of saving emails? I don't want anyone else to find them(shared computer) but don't want to risk losing them. Am I going to have to copy and paste them all into a word document and save?

Check the Junk Mail folder, some email services can be overzealous flagging up emails as spam.

You should have enough space on the email account I would have thought. You can set up your own folders to file them outside of the inbox.
