iPad mini schoolboy error

I have to go into hospital for 2 weeks before dc2 arrives due to placenta previa.

I thought I would download some tv series on to my iPad mini to watch in hospital but I had no idea about mb/gb storage and basically have tried to download far too much....

I tried increasing my storage space but it has only increased in the 'cloud' and I don't know how to put the videos in the cloud and not sure I would be able to access it from hospital anyway.

Anyway, the main problem is I been emailed receipts from iTunes for all my purchases but can only view a tiny % of them. Eg I spent £35 on 5 series of Friends (I know!) but can only view the first episode. I have clicked 'report a problem' on the link but it doesn't seem to work...

Can anyone help with how I can get refunded for the episodes I can't view?

You can try contacting Apple but in fairness you purchased them so they are not under and obligation to refund. They may do it out of goodwill though. I know they've done so before when kids have run amock and bought loads of games.

You should be able to delete unwanted stuff and redownload other stuff you've bought but of course that doesn't help you in hospital.

Unfortunately Apple ipad's have fixed amount of storage. With Android tablets generally they have a microSD slot and you can just buy a bigger card if you want more space for TV/music etc.
