confirmation email from paypal is blank- cannot confirm new email

my hotmail account has been hacked so i'm changing my contact email on all my other accounts. paypal have sent an email requesting me to confirm the new address but the email is blank so i cant confirm it. I've had it sent 3 times now and the same each time. any ideas what i need to do?

Which email is blank?The one paypal are sending you or the one your sending them.Either way,never click on a link that claims to be from paypal,there are so many phishing emails involving paypal,my account got compromised and I suspect it was to do with a phishing email.To be safe look on the paypal website and find the customer service helpline,ring them and try and sort it.

the email paypal sent me with the link that I need to click to confirm I requested to change my contact email address.

I requested the email so I know it's a genuine one from paypal and it's the one I need to confirm a change of email as my other email account has been hacked so i'm changing all of my contact details on all online stuff.

i'll see if they have a contact us section. thanks.
