Large icons on computer SOS !

Help ! I am clueless and need an idiots guide please !
The desktop has got large fuzzy blurry icons and I don't know why or how to correct ! The dc go on it so blaming them !!!!

What OS are you running?
Have you tried right clicking and refreshing the desktop or changing any settings?

Nothing else running ( is os other software ???)
Yes I right clicked on mouse and tried to change size but when I click ok they are still the same

Somebody could have changed your desktop so that the icons are large OR the screen resolution could have been change. If the resolution was lowered then this would have the same effect of making icons big.

OS is operating system, like Windows, Linux etc
Try changing the resolution of the screen, it'll be in your right click options from the desktop most likely.
