Postmaster failure on I pad

Please can anyone help with a virus. 32 pages saying postmaster failure on iPad. I got a message about a watch which I opened and t
hen it told me to F Off, now have this problem.

Dont think its a virus,google tells me your email address may have been hacked.

Change your password,if that doesnt help you may have to consider ditching the email address and creating a new one.
