Kindle question

Have you tried switching it off completely then switching back on again?

Hold the on/off button about 20 seconds, let it go off count to 10 and switch it back on.

I thought mine was broken a couple of weeks of (kindle touch) I couldn't get it to change page or do anything and this sorted it.

Ring Amazon. There is a known battery problem which might be what's wrong with yours, if so they'll replace it (they replaced DH's ancient one last year, no quibbling).

What MrsPresley said. Mine did the same and it also went through a phase of just not holding it's charge.

One query. Is the charger the one you usually use?? We have a black one that seems to charge really quickly (the cable it's self is quite thick) but the white one (with a thin cable) seemed to struggle to charge at all and has to be left overnight.

However it's completely back to normal now.

It's fine now, I pressed the button for what seemed like forever and then it switched on. Thanks everyone :)

Oh and Feline, the charger I use is the white cable that came with it.
