Word Art in latest Word (is it 2013?)

Can anyone tell me how you get good word art in the latest Word package? When I click on 'Insert...word art' all you get is options for funky things with the type face, but I can't see how you get all the shapes etc that you used to get in the previous Word.

Any thoughts?

In word, you do it first with the shapes, then click on it and go to the Format tab that should appear at the top, then you've got all your options for changing colour, adding shadows/3D etc.
