Word processing app for iPad

I want to be able to open and edit some Microsoft Office word documents on my iPad. Which is the best app to get? I don't mind paying a small fee

Have looked in App Store but its all a bit baffling to a technophobe like myself!

Pages, I think I paid £6.99 for it. Not sure if it has full functionality though.

I paid £6.99 for pages (I think) and £14.99 for quick office. That is a version of word, excel and ppt. Not full functions but most the basics.

Search on free apps for pages, I downloaded last week and it's great, does word, excel and access. HTH :-)
