We are with sky. Downstairs linked in the internet is slow, has worsened since they went in with yahoo for email, but is consistent.

Anywhere not plugged it is truly dreadful. Intermitent is a polite word for it.

What can I do?

Sometimes pulling the power on the boxes help. About once a month service slows appreciably probably because of my downloading. Pulling the power and then plugging it back in 15 seconds later does the trick. It will probably have no effect on your problem but what have you got to lose?

Nada. Will try tomorrow am. Ds has been downloading masses.
