iPad keyboard help

Why has my keyboard moved to the middle of the screen?

It used to be at the bottom of the screen

It's driving me nuts cos I can't see what I'm typing anymore.

I've looked in settings to see if I can move it back but can't see what to do.

Can anyone help?

Bottom right of the keyboard, there's a picture of a keyboard (!) Click onto it and make sure "dock keyboard" is checked and it should pop back into place.
