Android App - Am I being thick?

I can't work out how to start a thread on the Android App. Can anyone tell me, or can it not be done?

You need to select Topics from the home page then once you find the right board, touch the 3 little vertical lines on the top right where you can choose to start a discussion.

I found the text box almost out of sight and typing was very hit and miss.

Went back to using real computers, or the Dolphin web browser for MN.

I use the mobile website, much better than the app.

yes, but the mobile website doesn't work on my home broadband, but the app does.

In what way doesn't it work? Perhaps there's another issue which needs addressing!

I can think of no reason a browser wouldn't work - may help if you can let us know what Android device you're using, and whether it is the 'default' browser (icon is a globe with white land and blue sea) or some other browser you are using (eg Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Dolphin) ?
