I installed on laptop as the only internet security on software for students which I have used a few times and always had a good service.
since putting it on, laptop is running really slowly. since day 2 it is saying 'databases are obselete' but when i try and update it gets to 37% completed and then just stops.
I have tried googling but everything i looked at spoke in a language i do not understand.
