Got an iPhone and iCloud help me!!!

I'm not sure if iCloud did it or iTunes but I now have all my PC photos on my iPhone but no photos from the iPhone on the PC.

It won't let me delete the PC photos off my phone Confused so I now have 100s of pictures from years ago.

Help me delete them please

In iTunes there's a photo section and tick boxes for what to sync with, have a look in there what you have ticked.

Have you got photo stream turned on?

I unticked the sync photos but they still there.

I do have photo stream on if I turn it off will they go?
