I am working as part of a team for a university class. Our task is to come up with a product and try and get feedback on our ideas.
Our current idea is to make "smart food containers" that can measure things about the food they contain (volume, temp etc). Part of our task is to identify who we think would be interested in the product, and after discussion we decided that one group might be mums with an interest in technology.
I've heard of Mumsnet before and was glad to find that it has this section about geeky stuff. What I am looking for is essentially to chat to a couple of people about our idea. A requirement of the task is that we actually talk to people (not just surveys) which is somewhat daunting. I was hoping one or two people might be willing to briefly talk to us over Skype, or some other IM program for a very brief amount of time.
In general, any feedback would be highly appreciated.
