How do i work my Galaxy S3? Is there a Ladybird book?

Bought my new Galaxy S3 a couple of weeks ago. Quite like it but really want to know what it can do so I can love it.

Thing is i'm not techy (remotely) but am prepared to learn.

For instance............what IS a widget etc? I need info on the basics, the fundamentals first. And how do i put my music from Iphone onto it?

I've been on You Tube and seen the tutorials but they all seem to think you've already got a basic understanding :(

Can anyone help me on my quest to love my Samsung?

I have an S3 but am also crap with it so can't help with music - would love to know the answer to that though.

A widget is just a fancy shortcut for an app that you pin to your homescreen/put into a folder. I think.

A widget is a bit more than a fancy shortcut. It's an app that runs on your home screen so you don't have to open the app to use it. This can include a clock with live weather, you email inbox, a toggle for changing settings, music player controls, etc. (the list is virtually endless)
