Unable to send photos on iso6.1

Since Downloading the new iso6.1 on the iPhone 5
I cannot send photos to non iPhone users. I have no idea why or what to do? I have tried a soft reset.

I actually fixed it! Days, I've spent trying to work it out!
You go to mobile data press reset and change the asn to Internet and then it works!
You have to turn iMessages off first.
This is for Vodafone.
