do you have a samsung note 2?

ive just upgraded from a iphone so the layout etc is quite new to me, I've downloaded mumsnet and thats about it! is there anything fabulous that it does? or any brilliant apps I must have? it has a pen but apart from writing a note is that all its for? I should of gone for the nokia 100 shouldnt I?

nooooo. I have the Note 1 and it is utterly amazing.

The main apps I use are:

Facebook
Google Chrome (a browser)
Whatsapp (Sort of text/IM replacement)
and banking app (I'm with Barclays)

Oh and stuff like BBC News/eBay/Amazon/Aldi/YouTube

Another app which occasionally is an utter god send, flashlight. Turns your phone into a torch.

flash light is brilliant thanks (dh has done some re-wiring today and were currently sat in darkness )

Infinite Painter (through the Samsung App Store) has some amazing brushes and features for experimenting with the SPen.

In terms of features, have you tried the split screen multitasking? Or open a text message, then just lift the phone to your head to ring the person who sent the message!
