What to use for documents on ipad.

What app should I get? Is it called Notes? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I use Pages, which is the Mac equivalent of Word. You can output documents in doc format which is handy for work, and read and edit documents in doc. It's not perfect and you lose some formatting, but it does the job. I'm sure there are other options though.
