Helo with HP printer hell arrrghhhh

Please help me out of printer hell someone.

I have a hp printer. It is wireless, and was connected to my old router. All was fine and well, until the ink cartridges ran out.

I installed new ink cartridges and now get the following message on the little screen on the printer:

ink system failure
Oxc1a0003
please turn printer off then on.

Ive tried that a million times. Ive tried taking the new cartridges out and putting the finished ones back in just to get rid of that damn message, but it wont go away!

Now ive moved house and trying to connect the printer to the new router.

The same cunting message is coming up.

Im tearing my hair out.

Someone, please, rescue me.

Obviously should be Help with not helo with ...

anyone?

Haven't got the answer I'm afraid Teajunky but I've got exactly the same problem with our HP Printer. Fingers crossed that someone will be on with the answer soon.

This issue with HP printers has been ongoing for a while now.
You could try the suggestions on either of these websites, but be prepared that nothing might fix it.
