Got a new phone. Synced it to the old phone but had forgotten to back up old phone (last done on 4 April)
Backed up old phone and then re synced new phone but no matter how many times I try (and I've even set new phone to erase all data/factory settings) it will only copy over data up to 4 April. When I connect the old phone it shows 1500 photos in the iTunes window but its not copying them all over, nor text messages.
Any suggestions? Apple shop were useless.
