Setting up gmail a/c for children that goes through my account - how please?

I've done this before for DD but can no longer find the instructions. Can anyone direct me to a step by step guide please for a shadowed account, this time for DS. TIA.

I've just been puzzling over this and am about to try out the advice given here safetech4kids.com/2011/05/09/email-for-kids/.

You could set up an account for DD and then link it to your account -
Log in to your account then go to settings - accounts and imports - add another email address you own

Her mail will go to her account and yours as well

Or, you could set up her account and then in her settings go to the forwarding option and set it to forward a copy of everything to you
