Heeeelp! Can't set up DH's new ipad

Got DH a new ipad3. DS opened the box and it went onto the set-up screen, but it won't connect with our wifi.

It is just getting the TillyMintwifi locked sign and we can't get past the DhCP/Boot screen

You got the right password? Usually it's written underneath the router. Has your DH changed the password?

When you put the wifi password in make sure you use capitals in the right places too.

On our Orange router, it doesn't like caps lock - you have to enter each capital letter separately with shift.

Also, the router has a 'pairing button' which you have to hold down until the light starts flashing rapidly, then you have a short time to enter the password on the device.

Thanks all - will look on the router this evening, but I think DH may have put in a wrong password...
