Twitter - anyone know about 'similar to you'?

Just wondering if anyone knows how people get listed in this? I recognise someone n mine and wondered if they'd viewed my profile?

I think it's probably a computer algorithm, based on mutual followers. Sort of like "people you might know" on Facebook.

Thanks for reply. weirdly, the person I am similar to has only 2 followers and is following 1. I am suspicious!
