iPhone5 nano sim

I have a new iPhone 5. My current iPhone is with Carphone Warehouse. The hearing piece has stopped working. Tomorrow I want to go and get a small sim for my new phone. Do I go to Carphone Warehouse or to the Apple store? It's all in my dp's name at CW. I am
hoping they will then fix my existing phone which is under warantee.

I think if you go to whoever your provider is you can get a SIM card from them and just ring your provider to get it activated. I've never used CW, but they might be able to do the same thing for you.

Just incase anyone searches for an answer. I just went into the apple shop and they did it all for me in about five minutes. I didn't have to show anything, just tell them my phone number and they gave me a nano sim that started working about half hour later.
