Is it possible to delay the sending of an email?

So you write the email but then have it send itself automatically a day or so later. My reasoning is that I like to get lots of work done over the weekend but it doesn't seem fair to be hassling colleagues over the weekend. Anyone know if it's possible? TIA

Could you write all the emails and save them in your 'drafts' folder and then on Monday morning just send them all?

It is possible, should be in the settings bit of whatever mail programme you use.

What email program do you use?

If using Outlook (and I imagine it will work the same with most email clients), write the email and send as normal. It will sit in the outbox until it can connect to the Exchange server, when it will get sent.

You can also select an option of "do not send before..." but even that's not necessary for what you're asking.

OK, thanks. I'll give that a go.
