Why are verification boxes jumping around my phone screen?

so I m using my phone.The other day I tried to link my eBay to my nectar, a box appeared asking for nectarcard number, but every time I tried to enter. the box jumped around the screen IYKWIM

Can,t log into my email as it,s asking for verification and I can,t enter the info.

Can anyone help?

Laptops died,sorry missed that bit.

Shameless plea for help.

Sometimes these things aren't quite optimised for phone browsers properly. Have you tried using a different browse? Some cope with it better than others do.
