Universal remotes? Help please!

We've lost the blu-ray remote. It's been over a month now and I've given up looking.

Where do I start when looking for a new one?

One For All do the best universal remotes. Personally, it can recommend the control Smart Control but if you just want a replacement for what you lost then go to your manufacturer's website and check the support section.

Do they work on all makes? I can't find a spec on the web page

Yep, there's a whole load of presets and it can learn from existing remotes. But if it's a normal brand you have then there will be no problem at all.
