Why can't I upload from iPad to Facebook

Hi I am looking for some advice. DH recently updated iPad, and now every time item to upload pics to Facebook it comes up saying that this app is unavailable and to check privacy settings. I have tried this and can't seem to figure it out! Any advice? Thank you x

Are you using 'Facepad' for the iPad or just going into Facebook via your search engine? I found I could only upload pics via Facepad.
