The curser on my blackberry often moves by itself, especially when outside and it's driving me mad. When I'm typing text or even scrolling on FB, it has a mind of it's own and moves around by itself.
I've updated the trackpad sensitivity but that makes no difference.
Spoke to chap in Virgin shop and he said I'd need to do a software update via my MacBook before I there was any point calling Virgin's help line. Got phone box out, no DVD to upload but was a USB cable to connect. Done this but could only get info re syncing phone & MacBook.
Can anyone help me? I've still got 15months till I'm due a new phone
