How do I check whether my sky box is connected to my broadband?

Have connected it via Ethernet cable to a power line adaptor. How do I access sky anytime?

On my Sky HD box...press TV Guide, then press the red button for Anytime. To check connection, go to Settings (on the top bar once you're in TV Guide) and go to Network - you should see an IP address if connected. However I know my old box was different.

Thanks Brian. It ain't working. Got sky technical help and it appears, despite what the seller told me, some connectors are not compatible with sky. Seems I have one of those so will be ending it back.
