Picture message problem on iPhone.

Dh has a 3GS and it no longer send pictures unless at home and can't receive picture messages. MMS is switched on but that's my limit so any other suggestions!

He's not on giffgaff is he? As I think you have to set up the settings manually on it?

No O2, had it for over a year but this only happened in last month or so
