Is there a way of blocking content on a teen's phone?

So we have added an app (Vodafone Guardian) which will limit time brousing, and tell us if he tries to tamper with it.

But is there something out there that will stop him accessing porn (again - thankfully quite vanilla so far) like the net-nanny type thing for a PC. Or send us the brousing history?

Or does he lose the phone?

PS - should say that since I checked the browsing history he has not had the phone
